Build and deploy ML systems that power automated support, personalization, and safety features across Meta, collaborating closely with designers and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and evaluate models with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Ship scalable services and pipelines for online inference.
- Partner with design to craft AI-driven user experiences.
- Measure impact via A/B testing, metrics, and observability.
- Advocate for responsible AI: fairness, privacy, and transparency.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS in CS/AI or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years software engineering with production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python plus one of Java/C++/Go.
- Experience with data tooling (Spark, Flink, or similar).
