What we're looking for
Axal is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to bring our message of intuitive stablecoin yield to all. We’re looking for the best of the best with strong marketing and leadership backgrounds, comfortable taking risks and growing platforms from scratch (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). You are excited about doing a variety of work - frontend, backend, smart contracts, product, etc.
Responsibilities
- Managing content for Axal across all distribution channels/social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). This includes building weekly content schedules, planning launches, delegating content creation tasks to other team members, replying to engagement, and boosting overall virality.
- Video and static design creation. You will be working aside engineers and design folks, but need to still own the production of content/asks for specific content.
- In-person content - conference coordination (speaking slots, initiatives, booths), physical advertising, etc.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience in marketing/social roles.
- Chronically online - up to date with every trend, doomscrolling non-stop, and a strong, relatable personal voice/brand.
- Bonus points if you have a sizable personal following already on some platform - the Axal team already has a viral YouTuber with 1M+ views!
