About the Role
A year ago, Raad was an idea hatched on a beach in Miami. Today it’s a nationwide movement, mobilizing thousands of drone pilots to monitor the critical infrastructure businesses and communities rely on. We now orchestrate hundreds of flights each month—inspecting gigawatts of solar, hundreds of miles of transmission and distribution lines, and entire commercial neighborhoods. The next phase is scale: 5,000 flights per month by next year. Our mission operations center is bustling and needs a captain. This will be the hardest job you’ve ever taken on, and the most rewarding of your career.
