About the Role
Allium is seeking a Research Analyst to transform blockchain data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and content that drive strategic decision-making across major institutions and companies in the industry. You’ll help shape how the crypto community interprets on-chain activity while learning from leading blockchain data engineers and analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop blockchain analytics — Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and insights from massive multi-chain datasets.
- Build research dashboards & reports — Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Produce market updates & research — Analyze institutional trends such as stablecoins, tokenized assets, market structure, and major crypto events.
- Shape industry narratives — Write blogs, social posts, and research reports that strengthen Allium’s brand and your own as a credible industry voice.
- Cross-functional scaling — Work with sales, marketing, and product/engineering to distribute insights, provide feedback, and highlight Allium’s data strengths.
About You
- Crypto-native — Deep understanding of crypto concepts and emerging trends.
- Strong SQL & data proficiency — Ability to write complex, performant queries (joins, CTEs, window functions).
- Natural data storyteller — You build clear narratives from data, offer opinionated insights, and explain why they matter.
- Owner mindset — Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable in fast-changing environments.
