Customer Acquisition & Engagement – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Legal on customer-facing materials, events, agreements, and contracts.
Investor Relations – Support investor updates, develop materials, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Special Projects – Provide analytical and operational support on initiatives such as pricing strategy, customer onboarding, success workflows, and GTM partnerships.
Vendor Management – Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Real Estate & Logistics – Help manage Allium’s physical office footprint, real estate needs, and operational logistics.
Cross-Functional Scaling – Work with Marketing, Product, HR, Compliance, IT, and more to build processes and scale business operations across the company.
About You
1–5 years of professional experience, ideally in operations within a rapidly scaling business.
Experience building and managing processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to switch contexts across multiple functions.
Owner mindset – proactive, responsible, adaptable, and committed to high standards.
