About the Role
5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within TradFi, fintech, or financial services.
Deep knowledge of TradFi infrastructure—payments systems, BaaS, custody, capital markets, and settlement flows—with the ability to bridge these to blockchain applications.
Strong, proven track record of overperformance in quota-carrying roles.
Sharp intuition for identifying customers who can generate significant value through Allium’s platform.
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams to execute and win complex technical evaluations.
Build and execute territory plans with precision and clarity.
Passion for engaging both crypto companies and traditional financial institutions.
Proficiency in technical and data products, including APIs and developer-facing platforms.
Sherlock-level curiosity for uncovering anomalies in data and shaping industry narratives through insight.
Working understanding of NFTs, DEXs, decoded logs, and smart contracts to translate customer needs effectively.
Proven enterprise sales expertise, with success closing large, complex deals in TradFi or adjacent industries.
