Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Allium.so, you’ll help scale a high-growth blockchain data analytics startup by developing, executing, and optimizing growth strategies that engage, retain, and expand our customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Establish growth marketing as a repeatable, scalable engine across geographies, audiences, and channels, driving outcomes such as new subscriptions and increased API usage.
- Integrate growth marketing into our audience marketing approach, delivering high-performing campaigns for blockchain product managers, growth teams, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop automated, scalable lifecycle journeys with triggered static and dynamic content—including chain-specific dashboards and competitive wallet insights.
- Create testing and optimization frameworks to explore new segments (e.g., DeFi vs. NFT teams), refine messaging, and optimize touchpoints through A/B testing.
- Analyze Web3 customer behavior, identify patterns across chain usage and wallet activity, and use insights to refine segmentation and improve engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a high-growth SaaS company; blockchain, fintech, or data analytics experience preferred.
- Expertise in building scalable email and cross-channel growth campaigns with strong knowledge of best practices, metrics, and optimization strategies.
- Experience running experiments, analyzing performance data (including on-chain behavior), and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Proven track record of uniting customer data, segments, channels, creative, and offers to drive lifecycle outcomes in a Web3 environment.
- Proficiency in end-to-end campaign development and measurement, working with marketing ops tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and similar systems.
- Passion for blockchain technology and familiarity with DeFi, trad-fi, or cross-chain analytics.
