You should be energized by coordinating stakeholders, exploring new ecosystems, and collaborating with sales to integrate DeFi within enterprises. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can navigate technical and business challenges and communicate clearly to enterprise audiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Integrations: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DeFi protocols for integration.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships across the DeFi ecosystem.
- Product Growth: Drive adoption and growth for DeFi-focused products.
- Market Intelligence: Track trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product on integrations.
- Community Engagement: Represent Paxos Labs at events and online forums.
- Stakeholder Education: Help GTM teams translate complex DeFi concepts for enterprises.
