We are looking for a motivated operator who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be extremely independent, have a passion for stablecoins and DeFi, and a deep understanding and previous experience operating within enterprise sales cycles. We want someone energized by introducing enterprises to onchain financial capabilities, facilitating innovation through sales with legacy organizations, and educating non-native stakeholders on the benefits of onchain financial product offerings.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to integrate stablecoin and DeFi capabilities within enterprise markets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the onchain finance and stablecoin sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, providing regular reporting on performance, pipeline, and market insights.
- Represent Paxos Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications
Hard Knowledge
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, stablecoins, and the broader onchain finance ecosystem.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to digital assets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and best practices.
Previous Experience
- 4–10 years of enterprise sales experience with an established network of enterprise relationships.
- Demonstrable experience selling financial technology solutions to large institutions.
- Experience in financial services, especially capital markets, payments, or fintech.
- Crypto or DeFi-centric experience is a plus.
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a sales team is a plus.
