Role Overview
As a full-time Crypto Recruiter at BHG, you will help run searches end-to-end: sourcing candidates, qualifying top talent, coordinating with founders, and driving offers across engineering, product, GTM, research, ops, and more. You’ll be client-facing from day one and will have full visibility into recruiting strategy, hiring needs, and market trends across the entire ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and manage candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
- Run the entire recruiting lifecycle: outreach, calls, candidate prep, submission, feedback loops, and closing.
- Manage client relationships and communicate directly with founders, hiring managers, and talent leads.
- Craft compelling outreach messaging, job descriptions, and role breakdowns.
- Contribute to internal ops, sourcing systems, CRM cleanliness, and firmwide process efficiency.
Requirements
- 0–4+ years of recruiting, sales, sourcing, or high-volume relationship-driven work.
- Strong understanding or active interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 markets.
- Comfort working with speed, ambiguity, and high expectations.
- You’re gritty, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Based in the U.S. (NYC preferred but not required).
