Associate Producer
We’re looking for a crypto-native Associate Producer to support planning, production, and publication of podcasts and media at The Block. You’ll help run recordings, pitch guests, research topics, and support end-to-end execution across multiple projects.
What You’ll Do
- Pitch guests and episode ideas around timely crypto narratives.
- Coordinate and schedule recordings, including A/V checks.
- Research topics, prep hosts with background notes and questions.
- Publish episodes and maintain analytics records.
- Support new media concepts from idea to execution.
- Assist with planning and research for broader media projects.
Tools: Slack, Google Analytics, Riverside, OBS, Figma, n8n, X Analytics, YouTube Studio, Wordpress, Premiere, Photoshop.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep crypto knowledge and curiosity about emerging trends.
- 2+ years in podcast or video production.
- Experience with Riverside, Premiere, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, Wordpress.
- Strong organization and multitasking across parallel projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative instincts for compelling stories and guests.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, ownership-driven mindset.
